Anita is an ELT and ICT Principal Consultant & Trainer who has vast experience in coaching and training. She is currently pursuing her DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) at International University of Malaya-Wales (IUMW), expected to complete in Feb 2024. Her academic credentials include Microsoft Certified Educator (2018) and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (2018). She completed the Research Training in Education modules from the University of Nottingham, UK, a Masters degree in Educational Management, and a Bachelor in Education (TESL) (Honors) from Malaysia. Anita founded Megabase Education Network as her passion is connecting all the dots in the education niche. She leads a team of online Digital Marketers promoting Educational Software and products for Postgraduates and Researchers. Previously, she worked in Microsoft Malaysia as Education Engagement Manager managing the Education portfolio for  K-12 and Higher Education sector.  In 2017, she was in Jeddah, KSA as the Curriculum Consultant and PYP Coordinator in one of the International Schools, managing almost 2000 students and 500 teachers under the IB Curriculum. She was appointed Promotions Manager Consultant for ArabiaTutors.com (an online platform to connect students to competent tutors in the UK, USA and the MENA region.Her past work experience includes teaching Communication English and IELTS modules to International Students in Cambridge Regional College Nottingham and an online English Instructor via Skype with English Out There, a company based in London. She also had an experience as a freelance Consultant and Trainer apart from being the director of a training centre in Malaysia. With over 24 years of teaching English in Malaysia and the UK, she has diverse experience with secondary school students, university undergraduates, postgraduates and teacher trainees. She is also involved in Corporate training and workshops, presenting to CEO's and Managers. She works with a team of trainers from England and Europe who collaborate with local educators in Malaysia, mainly via Skype and Google Meet. She currently lives in Kuala Lumpur.  Anita is also the Founder and Admin of an academic support group for Postgraduate students in fb (Doctorate Support Group) with total members of 101,700 members worldwide (updated 18 May 2023) though most of them are Malaysians studying overseas and locally. Anita also connects with a team in CIEC in Cambridge to bring doctoral courses available to DSG Members via an online platform.
